Project Full Name : Trans-national co-operation among NCPs for International Cooperation
Project Target: Cooperation among the FP7 International Cooperation (INCO) National Contact Points (NCPs)
Project Duration: 2 years (1 January 2008-2010)
Project Partners : Help-Forward-FORTH (Greece-Coordinator), PT-DLR (Germany), TUBITAK (Turkey), VINNOVA (Sweden), APRE (Italy), CONACyT (Mexico), HSE (Russia), DST (South Africa): 8 Partners.
Project Budget: € 370 000
Project Targets:
• The transfer of experience between INCO-NCPs and from ERA-Net,
especially from the more experienced ones to the less experienced ones
• form a dynamic and active network between European INCO NCPs and 3rd
country NCPs
• build an active exchange with the thematic NCP Networks to deliver better
services and so contribute to a higher participation of research stakeholders from 3rd countries in the European Research Area
• to secure the information flow with the INCO-Nets being established for the
different world regions
• involve appointed NCPs in industrialised countries like Canada, Australia,
New Zealand, USA, Japan, etc.

The Roles of TÜBİTAK in this Project:
- WP 2; In the “Regional Workshop” part, co-leadership/support to the workshop organized by Russia
- WP 3; support to the publication of written material and web-site related activities (like e-handbook)
